We are the exclusive right holder of some songs below. The composers and their families have signed the copyright agreements as well as digital right contracts with us allowing us to help them out.

The copyrighted songs issued by Ministry of Culture, Department of Copyright and Related Rights have been given to Sinn Sisamouth, Svay Sam Eua, El Bunna and Khung Bun Chhoeun. All the copyrighted songs can be licensed through us directly and we can also help you to license the music with the Department of Copyright.

Currently, Galaxy Navatra is the official right holder of Khung Bun Chhoeun for 10 years. The list of the song can be download here:

We have also received several questionable claims from unidentified individuals asserting that they are the exclusive rights holders of Sinn Sisamouth’s music or other Cambodian oldies. CVMA has been actively addressing identified instances of fraudulent claims and responding to copyright disputes.

Based on the ownership records and authorizations issued by Cambodia’s Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts through its Department of Copyright and Related Rights, only legally recognized families, estates, rights holders, or their authorized representatives—including those of Sinn Sisamouth, Ros Sereysothea, Kong Bunchhoeun, Svay Sam Eua, and El Bunna—may claim rights to works for which they have been granted exclusive ownership.

Except for songs whose copyrights have been specifically granted to recognized rights holders, the Department of Copyright and Related Rights is the competent Cambodian government authority responsible for determining and authorizing the lawful use of these works.
